Founded in 2022, Love & Future Inc. (L&F) is a start-up NGO led by a cohort of ambitious Columbia University students and alumni. Since its inception in the United States, L&F has dedicated itself to promoting sustainable development and youth empowerment. Tapping into young people’s innovative potential, L&F strives to close the SDG Talent Gap via transformative education, digital technologies, and data-driven research.
Our mission
L&F is on a mission to equip today’s young people with the knowledge, capacities, mindset, and opportunities necessary for sustainability action and social transformation. Driven by research and fieldwork, we take initiatives to bolster career preparedness, combat the climate crisis, cultivate youth competencies, and construct empowering knowledge. We are providing real-world interdisciplinary learning and practicing opportunities with that empower youth transferable skills and core leadership capabilities.

Gauri Balasubramanian
Gauri Balasubramanian is a rising junior at Rutgers Preparatory School. As an intern at Love&Future, she is extremely passionate and excited about working together to promote a more sustainable future. She enjoys the outdoors and hopes to raise awareness to protect and make our Earth a happier, healthier place for all. Some of her interests and hobbies include crocheting her own clothing and bags, listening to many different genres of music, and playing both competitive lacrosse and swimming. She also has the cutest dog, Leo.

Denisa is a recent high school graduate. She majored in information technology, and she is interested in various fields including science, education, and human rights.
Denisa aims to break social and language barriers in order to connect and empower our society and make our planet a better place for living.
